If for some reason, you want to return your tapestry within our 30 day guarantee period, we will pay for the return if you want to try another tapestry of same or greater value. If you decide you want to return the tapestry and do not want to purchase another tapestry, then you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Our 30 day money back guarantee is simple and hassle free. After you receive your tapestry, you have a full 30 days to return it for a full refund or an exchange (if you wish). There are no restocking charges or hidden conditions. To help us manage our inventory, and to ensure you have accurate return shipping instructions, all returns must be authorized by one of our customer service representatives. It also ensures, that your expected return is in our computer system and if you run over the 30 day return period because of courier problems, we do not penalize you for a few days overtime. Returns are not accepted after 30 days (unless it is directly related to a courier delay).
