Legends/Myths Tapestries

Legends and myths have been with us since the beginning of time, passed down to us in stories and recitations through generations. These legends and myths were recorded in tapestries since the 19th century. The very early medieval tapestries spoke of the lives and miracles of saints, the tapestries woven during the dark ages predicted the end of the world and the late medieval period wall hanging tapestries told of valor, conquests and chivalry.
